Our Journey in Self-Sufficiency
Meet Kelli Knecht, the founder of Feathered Knechtions. We specialize in coturnix quail education for more self-sufficiency in small spaces.
We are passionate about sharing our 'city limit self-sufficiency' journey with others. We offer in person, community education classes through Utah Valley University and the Utah Meat Collective as well as share lots of information on our YouTube channel, blog and other social media accounts. Our Educational Crew
EVERYTHING in life is more fun when surrounded by those who love and support you. I have made some of my best friends in life through the coturnix quail community and a few of them our guest writers on the blog. I also vlog with them and we even do YouTube lives. Between the group of us we will cover everything from raising livestock, processing your own meat, recipes and food preservation.
I know they are just as excited as I am to have your here and part of the extended "quail fam".
